Job Description
- Conduct monthly sampling of chats from Customer Care Unit (CCU) and Hub Care Unit (HCU) to evaluate customer interactions
- Perform monthly sampling of calls and chat from the CCU, and HCU to assess call quality
- Gather sampling error data and report it to the Supervisor
- Review daily records to identify and correct errors in complaint mapping data
- Analyze patterns identified during QC evaluations and formulate improvement plans to enhance the customer experience
- Develop monthly quiz questions to test CX team product knowledge
- Export Productivity HCU and CCU
- Create BA
Requirements
- Experience as Quality Control Live chat and call
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets
- Data analysis skills and experience in compiling evaluation results reports
- Experienced in Customer Service Quality Assurance will be an advantage
- Good critical thinking, problem solving skills, and have high initiative with strong curiosity
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment
- Willing to work on a 6-months freelance duration
- Willing WFO from Jakarta Barat (5HK)
