Job Description
- Design, plan, and implement end to end training programs.
- Apply a competency based training to ensure programs align with organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning priorities.
- Develop instructional materials, toolkits, and guides to support training delivery.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness and participant progress.
- Stay updated on learning trends and recommend improvements for L&D strategies.
- Support the design and implementation of Leadership Development Programs (LDP).
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, or related roles.
- Hands on experience in end to end training management.
- Strong understanding of competency based and learner centered training approaches.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exposure to Leadership Development Programs (LDP)
- Experience in instructional design is a plus.
- Communication and Collaboration skills within the stakeholders.
- Conversational English
