Job Description
- Conduct outreach and canvassing to identify potential speakers or partners within the business field.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through research and networking.
- Initiate contact with potential partners, introduce our organization, and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss partnership terms and mutual benefits.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, partner information, and partnership terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective planning and execution of partnership activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging experts within the business sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years experience in partnership building, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong networking skills, with a knack for identifying and engaging potential partners.
- Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
- Familiarity with the business industry and understanding of relevant topics.
- Comfortable with canvassing and cold outreach techniques.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partnerships.
- Preferably Jakarta Based (Remote Working).
