Job Description
- Brainstorm and create engaging content (social media posts, videos, carousels, articles, etc.) that bring our employer brand to life.
- Partner with our People & Employer Branding team to shape campaigns for hiring, engagement, and culture moments.
- Turn employee stories, events, and initiatives into creative content that feels authentic and relatable.
- Play around with different formats—Reels, carousels, internal newsletters, etc
- Track what’s working (and what’s not) and throw in fresh ideas to keep things exciting.
- Gather and analyze social media performance data (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.) to help us understand what’s working and where to improve.
Requirements
- A creative mind with a knack for storytelling whether through words, visuals, or video.
- Solid experience in content creation & event management (bonus if you’ve dabbled in employer branding
- Comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and understanding what clicks with different audiences.
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa (casual yet professional vibe).
- A collaborative spirit, comfortable bouncing ideas around and working with different teams.
- Flexible, curious, and always eager to try new ways of telling stories.
