Job Description
- Coordinating with suppliers on predetermined orders
- Input Purchase Orders
- Updating supplier stock periodically (weekly-monthly)
- Capturing supplier information such as documents and contact information
- Adding manufacturers and vendors to the supplier list
- Maintaining documents and contacts for the suppliers
Requirements
- Diploma’s Degree from any major
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as Admin
- Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment
- Highly organized and continuous follow-through
- Drive to get things done/can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn new things
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems
