Job Description
- Campaign Support: Assist the Brand Strategist in developing and executing brand campaigns and activations.
- Asset Coordination: Help manage timelines, briefs, and asset delivery across internal teams (e.g. design, social, content).
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with teams like Social Media, New Buyer, Performance Marketing, and Commercial to ensure aligned execution.
- Project Tracking: Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and documentation for brand projects.
- Research & Insights: Conduct market research, compile benchmarks, and gather insights to support campaign planning.
- Process Assistance: Help organize post-mortems and compile learnings and documentation from campaign performance.
- Brand Consistency: Review and ensure all brand materials are aligned with guidelines and tone.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Support day-to-day brand team operations as needed, from organizing brainstorms to sourcing campaign inspiration.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or campaign coordination — preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or startup environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Foundational marketing knowledge — understanding of branding, campaign execution, and consumer behavior.
- Effective communicator — able to manage stakeholders, work cross-functionally, and ensure brand initiatives are executed smoothly.
- Detail-oriented and process-minded — comfortable with documentation, tracking tasks, and maintaining structure.
- Eager to learn and grow — open to feedback and excited to deepen marketing and brand-building expertise.
- Bonus: experience with tools like Canva, Google Slides, Trello/Notion, or basic creative production workflows.
