Job Description
- Support the audit process for the DWS (Dimension Weight System).
- Help review the completeness and accuracy of data from different teams
- Assist in collecting required documents and information for the audit.
- Take simple notes or prepare summary reports based on findings.
- Conduct physical measurement of product packaging based on available SKUs.
- Be willing to visit and work on-site at two warehouse locations as needed.
- Work closely with the audit team and other departments to complete tasks on time.
- Help follow up on any missing or incorrect data that needs to be fixed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and able to follow instructions well.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Willing to be mobile and work from two different warehouse locations.
- Willing to work 8 hours/day
- Willing to working mobile
