Job Description
- Regularly maintain and update the GSheet, including data extraction, removal of outdated information, replacement with the latest data, and ensuring functionality.
- Perform weekly updates for sourcing information and sheet hub capacity.
- Perform bi-weekly updates for raw data related to new SKUs.
- Collaborate with the Sourcing PIC to address missing data in SKU registration.
- Generate reports at each cutoff time to notify which SKUs are ready for approval.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in using Software such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of google workspace (Spreadsheet, google docs, etc).
- Available to attend a minimum of 2 days in a week working on-site (Jakarta Barat).
- Deadline focused and a committed team player with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and task prioritization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
