Job Description

  • Menghubungi KOL dari database dan update serta submit rate card beserta syarat dan ketentuannya.
  • Memproses administrasi Surat Penunjukan, Purchare Requisition, dan Bill of Quantity.
  • Memproses data KOL dan follow up Perjanjian Kerja Sama.
  • Memproses invoice dari KOL dan follow up ke team Finance
  • Membantu team marketing untuk mengelola administrasi lainnya dan give away package.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1
  • Memiliki pengalaman memanage administrasi KOL
  • Dapat menggunakan GSuites dan Mirosoft Office
  • Memiliki communication skills yang baik
