Job Description
- Menghubungi KOL dari database dan update serta submit rate card beserta syarat dan ketentuannya.
- Memproses administrasi Surat Penunjukan, Purchare Requisition, dan Bill of Quantity.
- Memproses data KOL dan follow up Perjanjian Kerja Sama.
- Memproses invoice dari KOL dan follow up ke team Finance
- Membantu team marketing untuk mengelola administrasi lainnya dan give away package.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Memiliki pengalaman memanage administrasi KOL
- Dapat menggunakan GSuites dan Mirosoft Office
- Memiliki communication skills yang baik
