Job Description
- Work with Fragrance Houses to select and evaluate fragrances based on consumer needs.
- Test and assess fragrance quality and performance in products.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to support product development.
- Identify and solve fragrance-related issues creatively and analytically.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in fragrance evaluation or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance formulation and sensory evaluation.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well with teams.
