We are Hiring: FP&A Manager
The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, performance management, and strategic finance initiatives to support Baskit’s scale-up trajectory and capital strategy.
The role is responsible for building robust forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making across commercial, operations, and product functions.
This position plays a critical role in supporting fundraising readiness, financial governance, and working capital optimization in a high-growth, asset-light distribution and embedded credit business model.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with business partnership mindset and execution discipline in a fast-moving startup environment aligned with Baskit’s growth and profitability roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning aligned with company growth targets.
- Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, margins, working capital, and unit economics.
- Deliver actionable performance analysis across business lines, categories, and channels.
- Support fundraising processes including investor reporting, financial narratives, and due diligence.
- Partner with commercial, operations, product, and finance teams to drive financial discipline and decision support.
- Own monthly management reporting, budget vs. variance analysis, and executive dashboards.
- Translate financial data into strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, AR/AP dynamics, and capital efficiency in coordination with accounting and treasury.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and planning processes as the organization scales.
- Support strategic initiatives such as market expansion, pricing strategy, and product monetization analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth startup finance.
- Experience in B2B, supply chain, fintech, or marketplace environments is highly preferred.
- Track record in fundraising support, financial modeling, and business partnering required.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capability.
- Strong understanding of unit economics, working capital cycles, and scaling dynamics.
- Experience with investor reporting, board materials, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial tools (Excel advanced, BI tools, ERP systems).
- Ability to translate financial insights into operational and commercial actions.
- High ownership, structured thinking, and execution discipline.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (native) and English (professional).
