Foreman / Supervisor / Kepala Bagian Produksi
(Sewing – Cutting – Assembling – Stockfitting - Laminating)
Requirements
Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di industri sepatu pada bagian sewing, cutting, assembling, atau stockfitting
- Memahami proses dan teknik produksi sepatu
- Mampu memimpin tim dan mencapai target produksi
- Menguasai pengecekan kualitas (quality control)
- Disiplin, tegas, dan bertanggung jawab
- Memahami standar keselamatan kerja pabrik
📍 Lokasi: Desa Wangandowo, Kec. Bojong, Kab. Pekalongan
