Job Description
- Work closely with the CEO in the end-to-end process of Healthy Drinks Development of both new products and existing products
- Conduct the whole process of Vanilla Extract product development
- Provide guidance to the food technologist intern to ensure they are completing assigned duties
- Collaborate with Sales & Business Development to obtain customer data in regard to sensory evaluation for product development
- Handle product registration (BPOM & HACCP)
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Keep up with the industry trends to create an innovation relevant to the market
Requirements
- Min. of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Food Science
- Have min. 1-2 years of professional experience in the application of R&D of healthy beverages
- Good understanding & experience in Extraction methods, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety
- Desire and ability to lead projects of application & presentation and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- The English language is essential
- Manage to work both in a team setting or individually with effective problem-solving and project management
- Creative, innovative, also have a good sense of ownership
- Ready to work in a fast-paced company
