Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development of high-quality web applications. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for creating seamless, efficient, and responsive web applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with our design and development teams to translate user needs and business requirements into robust web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Flutter and Dart.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, project managers, QA analysts) to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Implement robust security measures and data protection practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web technology and Flutter development.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Conduct code reviews and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Flutter and Dart, specifically for web application development.
Proficient in implementing responsive UI/UX designs.
Strong experience with the BLoC pattern for state management in Flutter.
Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding application design, functionality, and user experience.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with security best practices in web development.
Proficiency in Git and version control principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
