Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure customer orders are accurate and delivered according to requests.
- Serve customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the availability and readiness of dining equipment and utensils.
- Perform upselling, cross-selling, and encourage repeat orders to maximize sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area at all times.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Ensure outlet inventory records are accurate and in line with SOP
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Experience in Indonesian, Sundanese, or Asian cuisine is a plus.
- Placement in Bandung (DAGO
