Job Description
- Install and configure computer H/W , S/W and All IT devices
- Support Video Conference Meeting, Hybrid or Online
- Monitor and maintain end user computer system
- Troubleshoot HW and SW issues
- Preventive maintenance for all IT Devices
- Create report and manage documentation for IT Environtment
- Building relationships and engage with customers.
- Aware for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Major Computer Science / Information Technology
- Have Knowledge about IT, Infrastructure, Hardware, Software,Networking, Gadget
- Familiar with Microsoft Product, and Cloud service
