Role Description:
As a Fitness Sales, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling fitness memberships, services, and products. This role requires a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets. You will engage with potential customers, understand their fitness goals, and effectively communicate how your fitness offerings can meet their needs.
What you will do:
- Generate revenue
- Increase the customer volume
- Support new clients with product information on the spot (at certain location)
- Support Marketing in selling event (open booth)
- Canvassing at least once a week
- Handle all offline marketing efforts
Requirements
What we looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fitness programs, equipment, and industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Have a private vehicle
- Accustomed to working with flexible hours
