Job Description
- - Lead on numerous improvement and process excellence projects at operation process.
- - Periodically collecting and analyzing data from the field to capture issues related to process and quality findings.
- - Using statistical analysis or simulations to analyze the information to define operational problems, develop improvement plan, and develop practical solutions.
- - Provide comprehensive solution regarding the operational improvement with challenging timelines.
- - Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by organizing own time and team resources to ensure activities are completed as per project timeline.
- - Communicate effectively with partners to maintain agreement on project plans and obtain support from colleagues where necessary within departments or other departments.
Requirements
- - Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- - Fresh graduates are welcome.
- - Ability to manage details, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and design planning.
- - Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- - Ms.Office Excel at Intermediate Level is minimum.
- - Required language(s) is English (written & spoken).
