Job Description
· Investors & Internal Monthly Financial and Business Performance Reporting
· Historical Transactions Review (Including Inter-Company Transactions & Capital Flow)
· Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Projection & Budgeting (Revenue, Cost & Cashflow Projection) liaise with every other department
· Weekly Actual vs Budget Revenue/Cost Tracking
· Enterprise Valuation Strategy
· Corporate Mergers and Acquisition Strategy, Planning & Execution
· Investor Relations
· Financial Strategy Initiatives (Systems Enhancement for Better Financial Operational Flow, GMV Enhancement & Cost Re-Evaluation, Financial Data Management, Assets Management and Enhancement)
Requirements
· Bachelor/Master Degree
· Have minimum 3 years experience as Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor / Manager
· Preferable have experience in Venture Capital and/or Private Equity and/or Management Consulting and/or Investment Banking at least 3 years.
