Job Description
- Memahami proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi anggaran di lingkungan TI.
- Mampu melakukan rekonsiliasi biaya proyek, analisis deviasi anggaran, dan forecast kebutuhan anggaran TI.
- Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Excel Advance, serta tools budgeting dan pelaporan lainnya.
- Familiar dengan konsep CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) dan OPEX (Operational Expenditure) dalam konteks proyek TI.
- Memahami alur pengadaan (procurement process) dan siklus hidup kontrak vendor TI.
- Teliti, rapi, dan detail-oriented dalam pengelolaan data keuangan.
- Mampu bekerja sama lintas fungsi dengan tim TI, keuangan, dan procurement.
- Mampu menyusun laporan keuangan TI dan mempresentasikannya kepada manajemen.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT project budgeting, budget management and monitoring, or a similar role.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of budget planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation processes within an IT environment.
- Ability to perform project cost reconciliation, budget variance analysis, and IT budget forecasting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), as well as budgeting and reporting tools.
- Familiar with CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure) concepts in the context of IT projects.
- Understanding of procurement processes and the IT vendor contract lifecycle.
