Job Description
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level financial data management frameworks, reporting standards, and dashboard structures to ensure a reliable single source of truth across business units and finance functions.
- Conduct financial analytics and business performance deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and business improvement opportunities to support strategic decision making.
- Develop and enhance financial modeling methodologies, analytical tools, and reporting automation initiatives to improve forecasting quality, analytical capabilities, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate reporting effectiveness and analytical processes continuously to identify opportunities for process improvement, system enhancement, and better management visibility.
- Maintain and foster positive relationships and cooperation with internal and external parties to achieve business goals.
- Oversee consolidation, validation, reconciliation, and management of financial and operational data across multiple business units to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
- Manage the development and maintenance of management dashboards and business performance to support visibility and management decision-making.
- Ensure reporting processes, analytics, and data management comply with governance standards, internal controls, and confidentiality requirements, while coordinating resolution of data quality issues through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Fiscal Administration, or other related disciplines.
2 - 3 years of experience as a Finance Controller / Finance Business Partner / Accounting / Finance Analyst.
Good knowledge of Costing, Budgeting, and Controlling
