Job Description
- Prepare and produce financial performance and analysis reports, including profitability report for Management and Shareholders
- Identify trends, variances (vs Budget), and key performance indicators to assess the company's financial condition
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Prepare financial reports and regular presentations for management, investors and other stakeholders (if required).
- Supporting the month-end closing including the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
- Collecting, preparing and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates of cash flows
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
- Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data for analysis to Management
- Supporting audits
- Identify inefficiencies of processes and propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows for increased productivity.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, and familiar with Financial Statements, P&L, and Reporting, Financial Planning.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the same field (preferably have experience in the manufacturing industry).
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Have good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Have a keen eye on numbers.
- Familiar with Accounting system and ERP Systems.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- If you have experience in Consultant Company or Finance/Business Management would be a plus point.
- The ability to think objectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Honest, good leadership, problem solving oriented, discipline and friendly personality.
