Job Description
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure accurate review of document entries in the system.
- Assist branch offices with document revisions and system-based return requests.
- Perform AR reconciliation and monitor customer payments for national chain accounts
- Familiar with claims, returns, and deductions from key accounts
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process.
- Support management by preparing and providing reports as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot table, etc) is a must
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and easy to collaborate with
- Able to work with deadlines and handle a good amount of data
