Job Description
- Prepare, reconcile, and maintain reports on the company's financial expenditures and transactions.
- Manage the administration and documentation of all company cash transactions.
- Process operational payment requests, obtain the necessary approvals, and compile them into financial reports.
- Accurately and timely record financial transactions and reports in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding cash disbursement requests and payment processes.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, properly documented, and completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finance Staff or in a similar role.
- Familiar with and experienced in using ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, honest, self-motivated, responsible, and able to maintain a high level of integrity.
