Job Description
- Administrate and execute transactions and payments efficiently.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all bank account activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Liaise with bank representatives for various banking services.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with banking transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proven experience in bank account management and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and banking procedures.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
