Finance Staff

Job Description

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
2. Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded in the accounting system.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
4. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and company records.
5. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
6. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
7. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all required tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
8. Monitor and stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations.
9. Maintain proper documentation and records for all tax-related transactions and filings.
