Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and company records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all required tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all tax-related transactions and filings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from top university.
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in finance roles, with a focus on tax management, accounting, and finance
- Experience within the software industry more preferred
- Proven experience in handling company taxes and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Strong proficiency in financial software tools and accounting systems, demonstrating an ability to streamline financial operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead and collaborate within a dynamic team environment
- Able to Work From Office (Jakarta Pusat)
