Finance Reconciliation

Job Description

• Perform regular reconciliations of client transactions records against bank statements and other records.
• Oversee and verify all digital transactions
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in digital transactions records.
• Prepare periodic reconciliation reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external.
• Provide reports and analysis to management on the status of reconciliations and potential issues.
• Make sure all payment to client right on time and accurate base on report
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reconciliations and related documentation.
• Ensure that all reconciliations are properly documented and easily retrievable for audits and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as banks and clients, to obtain necessary information for reconciliation.
