Job Description
Financial Reporting & Controls
- Oversee preparation of periodic financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- Monitor reconciliation processes including bank accounts, cash balances, and transaction flows across operational platforms
- Ensure completeness of supporting documentation for financial reporting and review purposes
- Coordinate data readiness for audit processes and external advisory requirements
Tax & Compliance Support
- Support the preparation and submission of periodic and annual tax reporting in accordance with applicable regulations
- Ensure proper documentation and issuance of tax-related records and compliance administration
Financial Planning & Performance Monitoring
- Track budget utilization and analyze variances between plan and actual performance
- Support financial forecasting activities and provide insights for business planning
- Develop performance monitoring reports to support management decision-making
Business Partnering & Analysis
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial and operational initiatives
- Prepare internal management reports and performance dashboards on a regular basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable business insights
Stakeholder & Funding Coordination
- Support financial data preparation related to strategic initiatives and potential funding activities
- Maintain organized financial documentation required for stakeholder review and evaluation
Process Optimization & Project Support
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Provide analytical and financial support for ad hoc projects and management requests
General
- Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting, or Business Finance roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles
- Experience handling financial reconciliation and audit preparation processes is preferred
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements (Periodic & Annual SPT)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate financial data into business insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools (experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage)
- Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, or performance analysis for leadership teams
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments (Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Management)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, ownership mindset, and accountability
- Experience in startup, healthcare, FMCG, or technology-driven companies is a plus
