Job Description
Durianpay was established in 2020 with a vision to build modern business payments stack which helps improve customer as well as merchant experience in the region. Beyond payments, we aim to be a one stop solution for checkout, promos, reconciliation and many more.
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Operations Senior Associate - Maker to oversee and execute key financial processes, including top-ups, settlements, and reconciliations.
Job description and key responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and release transactions processed by team members to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and analyze monthly settlement reports, ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure adequate fund availability for settlements, proactively mitigating potential shortfalls.
- Manage weekly reconciliations cash in and cash out report to ensure cash dispute
- Monitor daily transactions from inbound payment, disbursements to settlements
- Manage account receivables calculation activities
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve escalated issues.
- Provide leadership to the team and ensure compliance with financial procedures and timelines.
Requirements
Requirements:
- A self-starter with 3-4 years of working experience in managing company’s payments and transactions
- Has a good eye for detail, able to maintain accuracy
- Fintech experience and knowledge on payment is a plus
- Should be dynamic, persistent and methodical
- Experience in leading a team
- Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written .
