About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic Finance Operations Manager to oversee Bumame's financial activities. This role bridges the gap between accounting, operational finance, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader capable of driving financial performance, managing risks, and executing scalable solutions to support the company's continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, Contribution Margin (CM) reports, and overall financial health tracking.
- Drive comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct robust cost analysis and develop scalable financial models to support business expansion and operational growth.
- Proactively identify financial bottlenecks or operational inefficiencies, and execute effective, data-driven solutions to streamline processes.
- Establish and monitor strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Mitigate financial risks and ensure strict adherence to accounting principles and audit standards.
- Act as a strategic financial partner. Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with Indonesian taxation laws. Manage the accurate calculation, payment, and reporting of all tax obligations, including all types of SPT (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, VAT, etc.).
- Leverage and optimize accounting software (such as Odoo, Accurate, or Oracle) to improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar Finance Operations Manager or Senior Finance role.
- Previous experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (Kantor Akuntan Publik / KAP) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements. Holding a Brevet A & B certification is a strong advantage.
- High proficiency in operating accounting and ERP software (experience with Odoo, Accurate, or Oracle is highly desirable).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Proven leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
- Highly accurate, result-oriented, and resilient. Capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
