Job Description

  • Purchase and sales reporting, including but not limited to:
  • Daily reconciliation of collection from customers (related to settlement report from bank, e-wallet, COD, and sales data)
  • Check on the alignment of purchase amount vs payment from customers
  • Have visibility of mismatched data and follow up with related parties (if needed)
  • Manage commercial reporting on a monthly basis
  • Liaise with banks and other external parties, tech, and product team, if there is any payment or settlement report issue.
  • Prepare a list of refunds and have visibility on each refund
  • Have strong control on chargeback

Requirements

  • Min 1 year of experience in Finance Operations
  • Familiar with doing reconciliation process
  • Excellent skill with data processing
  • Proficiency in English communication
