Job Description
- Making and inputting the company’s transaction and invoice
- Managing payroll, tax, petty cash, ZISWAF
- Performing the company's monthly P&L, cash reserves, and total cash
- Taxation
- Budgeting, financial projection, and financial analysis
- Cost control and efficiency in every financial decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting
- Living in Jogja or willing to move to Jogja
- Work from office (WFO), flexible working hours
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling finance and administration
- Strong finance, accounting, and tax knowledge and practicality.
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, money movement, subsidiary accounts, tax analysis, and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting (including zero-based), risk management, & financial projections
- Good knowledge of investment is a plus
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data
- Strong Spreadsheet skills and knowledge of Mekari Jurnal will be an advantage
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good English written skills
- Able to visually present analysis, key insights, facts & and figures in a compelling way
- Enthusiasm, drive, presence and self-motivation
- Good communication skills. Able to work cooperatively and confidently with all stakeholders.
- Good in managing emotional intelligence.
- Good attitude and ethical behaviors in dealing with all stakeholders
