Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support fundraising, business expansion, and operational scalability.
- Create detailed financial models for short-, mid-, and long-term planning, including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor budget realization across divisions, identify variances, and provide corrective action recommendations.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, investments, partnerships, and major capital expenditures.
- Prepare, analyze, and present cash flow forecasts, P&L statements, and other financial reports to guide management decisions.
- Manage fund flows (inflows & outflows), accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment cycles to optimize liquidity.
- Establish, document, and maintain finance SOPs, approval workflows, and robust internal control procedures.
- Support investor, donor, and funding partner reporting with clear, timely, and accurate financial data and projections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering professional development and accountability.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or any related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of finance management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing business environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with experience implementing or working with ERP system is a plus.
- Presentation skills using Google Slides or similar tools are a plus.
