Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, financial forecasting, and cost control.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial supervision.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
