Job Description
Accounting & Bookkeeping
1. Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing processes and financial report preparation.
2. Data Entry: Input and verify financial transactions, journal entries, and payment vouchers.
3. Ledger Maintenance: Assist with General Ledger (GL) account analysis, tracking expenditures, and data reconciliations.
4. Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify bank statements.
5. Administrative: Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining financial documents, receipts, and invoices.
Finance & Budgeting
1. Audit Support: Provide documentation and information for internal and external audit.
2. Cash Management: Monitor daily cash transactions, forecast cash requirements (weekly, monthly, annually), and maintain optimal liquidity.
3. Budget Tracking: Support the monitoring of departmental budgets and report on variances to management.
4. Others: Provide ad-hoc assistance as needed.
Taxation
1. Tax Compliance & Reporting: Assisting in preparing and filing of monthly and annual tax reports and documents (PPh 23, 4(2), 26, VAT).
2. Data Management: Conducting data entry, reconciliation, and organizing tax records and documents.
3. Team Support: Assisting the finance/tax team with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Final year student or ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ก ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐ฆ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง accounting, finance or taxation (๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐๐) ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง. ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ 3.50
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local tax regulations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, integrity in handling sensitive data.
- Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable.
- Organized, motivated to learn, and driven to grow professionally.
- Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment
- Available to fully work from office (WFO) in Thamrin, Central Jakarta
- Available to join ASAP
