Job Description
- Ensure compliance with the company’s financial SOP, internal controls, and authority matrix.
- Monitor and review finance transactions to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- Support tax compliance in coordination with the Tax Team.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Support internal and external audit processes (data preparation, follow-up on audit findings).
- Coordinate with AR, AP, and SCM teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Assist with working capital variance analysis.
- Provide data claim support to the principal.
Requirements
- Familiar with programming software, at minimum: NetSuite and Claude (preferable); similar tools include Jupyter Notebook, ChatGPT/Gemini, and BigQuery
- Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in basic accounting records at senior consultant level (Big 4 or Big 10 preferable)
- Demonstrate expertise in financial statement instruments
- Familiar with concepts such as gross profit, contribution margin, EBITDA, and net income
- Able to highlight the importance of financial statement components (e.g. gross profit, contribution margin, EBITDA, net income)
- Demonstrate expertise in Excel and spreadsheets
- Show critical thinking, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively
- Able to present and explain the impact of financial reports clearly
