As a Finance E-Commerce, You Will:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely daily sales and e-commerce balance reports across all marketplace channels (e.g., Shopee and TikTok Shop), while ensuring the accuracy of marketplace settlement data.
- Perform marketplace settlement reconciliations against sales records and ensure that settlement processes and related recordings are completed accurately and within the established timeline.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of return and refund transaction records from marketplace platforms in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Identify, monitor, and control potential revenue leakage arising from administrative fees, deductions, promotional programs, and settlement discrepancies.
- Conduct intercompany transaction reconciliations and minimize discrepancies or mismatches by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of transaction records.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Financial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of experience in finance, preferably with exposure to sales-related transactions.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Good understanding of marketplace settlement reconciliation, e-commerce return and refund transactions, and intercompany reconciliation processes.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to WFO in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
