Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our Finance team. This role will focus on managing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy of financial data, and supporting the preparation of audit. You will also help design and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
What will you do:
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation between internal systems, banks, and third-party vendors.
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare accurate reconciliation reports to support financial statements.
- Develop and implement SOPs for reconciliation processes.
- Monitor transaction data quality and ensure proper controls are in place.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations teams for process improvement.
- Support audit preparation and compliance requirements.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis.
- Good understanding of banking and payment flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle large transaction volumes.
- Knowledge in crypto and/or US stocks will be a plus.
