Job Description
Reporting
- Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the Company’s financial status and prepare periodic report that enable teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals
- Prepare internal Company Pulse report
- Help to track and prepare internal report and budget vs actual report
Fundraising:
- Communicate and maintain relation with potential external funding
- Maintain, track and prepare fundraising requirement
Dashboard:
- Prepare periodic data for sales dashboard
- Prepare weekly dashboard
Ad-hoc:
- Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by executive
- Support creation of material for various management reviews and meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, or a related role.
- Prior experience in working with fundraising, investor relations, or financial modeling is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and partners.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
