Job Description
- Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with PSAK/IFRS
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax)
- Handle audits and liaise with external auditors
- Maintain internal controls and support regulatory reporting
- Identify process improvements and support system/ERP implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and cash flow management
- Oversee AP/AR operations and support closing processes
- Mentor junior finance staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Have more than 5 years of experience in financial management, with prior leadership roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and/or IFRS
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance: PPh 21, 22, 23, 25/29, and VAT (PPN)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent)
- Ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements
- Experience in inventory costing within multi-SKU industries (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
- Exposure to treasury operations or working capital management
- Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
