Job Description
- Manage and update financial records, including daily transactions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
- Reconcile financial data from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) with company records.
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure alignment with company goals and financial plans.
- Handle payroll, tax filing (including online shop taxes), and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Conduct periodic stock opname and ensure inventory data matches financial records.
- Identify and address discrepancies in financial data, resolving imbalances proactively.
- Prepare financial dashboards and provide monthly financial analysis to management.
- Assist in creating financial policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.
- Proficient in accounting software (Accurate) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax reporting, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Experience in reconciling financial data from e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and management.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
- Ready to join immediately.
