Job Description
- Accurately input bank and petty cash transactions into the SAP system to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Receive and process realization documents, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Generate receipts for transactions and payments, maintaining a systematic and organized record.
- Perform journal entries to record financial activities, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards in all financial transactions.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external financial audits.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance and accounting function.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy, Business Administration, Management (Finance), or equivalent major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Having knowledge of standard accounting policy and guidelines.
- High responsible to complete job responsibilities on time and accurately.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Advanced in using Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced using SAP will be a plus
- Able to analyze and detail-oriented.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung (Head Office, Jl. Soekarno Hatta)
