Job Description
- Receive, check, and follow up the completeness of documents
- Journalize expenses, income and cash advance
- Filing Documents
- Process payments both bank & petty cash
- Invoice documentation & tax invoices for each transaction
- Input PPh & PPN into E-Spt and E-DJP
- Do reconciliation for bank account & petty cash
- Make proof of bank disbursement for payment
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy
- Required skills: Ms. Excel, Accurate, Taxation
- Have a good understanding about banking process
- Have a good understanding about tax (PPh, PPN)
- Experienced in using E-SPT and E-DJP
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field
- Able to work under pressure and able to multi task
- Have a good Good communication skill
- Applicants must be willing to work at Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
