Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Finance & Accounting Staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our finance department and be part of a thriving organization in the MICE industry.
Therefore, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Performing financial transactions and preparing accurate financial reports.
- Processing voucher payments and supplier payments in a timely manner.
- Preparing detailed journal entries to accurately record financial transactions.
- Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Posting financial transactions into the system with precision and attention to detail.
- Receiving and validating documents from both internal and external vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conducting thorough checks and maintaining control over stock opname
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performing similar financial tasks (Newly graduated individuals are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
