Job Description
- Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and matched.
- Monitor and maintain operational expenses, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
- Handle bank-related activities, including transactions, documentation, and coordination with banks.
- Conduct confirmations for financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Support financial administration and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports related to cash flow and operational expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and financial processes.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Familiar with banking systems and company financial applications
