
Job Description
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Manage end-to-end financial transactions, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential risks, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, taxation requirements, and internal control policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support efficient and effective financial operations.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes, including preparation of supporting documents and responses to audit queries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance and accounting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, general accounting, and applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end finance operations, including reporting, reconciliation, and basic financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas) and familiar with accounting systems/ERP.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Shows strong potential and readiness to be developed into a Supervisory role.
