Job Description

  • Daily journal entries, inc. bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial statement.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly consolidated report.
  • Support other finance and accounting activities such as maintain AR/AP, payment processing, banking matters.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records to ensure accessibility and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth finance operations.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the team/manager.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma III (preferably majoring in Accounting, Economics, Finance).
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Accounting Firm or as Accounting Staff.
  • Have experience in plantation will be a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have good and comprehensive understanding in Accounting Standard (SAK).
  • Familiar with SAP / accounting software (especially Ecount & Accurate).
  • Understand basic computer literate such as Ms Word, Excel is a must.
  • Having knowledge about taxation regulation will be a plus.
  • Possess Brevet A and B certification will be a plus.
  • Have experience with e-Faktur and CoreTax applications will be a plus.
  • Honest, good team player, time punctual person, able to meet tight deadlines
