Job Description
As a Finance & Accounting Intern at KUMPUL, you will support our Finance team in managing financial records, tracking expenses, and ensuring smooth financial operations. You will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and budget management in a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in processing financial transactions, invoices, and payments
✅ Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
✅ Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
✅ Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial data
✅ Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulations
✅ Help prepare financial summaries and reports for internal stakeholders
✅ Conduct research on financial best practices and industry trends
Requirements
🔹 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
🔹 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
🔹 Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and bookkeeping
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets and/or Accurate (experience with accounting software is a plus)
🔹 Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
🔹 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Passionate about entrepreneurship, startups, and business development
