Job Description
The Finance and Accounting Staff will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining financial records, and supporting the company’s financial operations. This position involves tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting in administrative support.
- Financial Record: Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system. Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and verify invoices, expense claims, and payments. Monitor accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized records and files for financial documentation. Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the finance department.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Oracle Net Suite or similar) is preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Trustworthy, reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication, good team work and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguities.
- Able to join ASAP.
