Job Description
- Lead and oversee the overall Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including consolidation and financial statement preparation
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Review and supervise tax reporting (PPh 21/23/25/29, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax) to ensure accuracy and timely submission
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and business insights to support strategic decision-making
- Develop, implement, and improve internal controls, SOPs, and financial policies to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and tax reviews
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and healthy working capital
- Support business expansion initiatives, investment analysis, and financial feasibility studies
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and regional/global stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives
Requirements
- Maximum 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
- Hold a professional accounting qualification equivalent to Chartered Accountant (CA) Singapore, such as:
- CA Indonesia (Chartered Accountant – IAI)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Professional Accountant certification recognized by IAI
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably within a multinational or corporate environment
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Financial reporting & general accounting
- Indonesian taxation (PPh 21/23/25/29, VAT, and corporate tax compliance)
- Financial closing & consolidation process
- PSAK compliance (IFRS exposure is an advantage)
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Advanced computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and accounting/reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prepare financial reports independently and work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), including professional communication with regional/global stakeholders
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
